Misi Diet Bermula Sekarang!




Misi Diet perlu bermula sekarang!

Hi & Assalamualaikum, korang apa khabar ? Sihat? Nadia macam mana? Nadia terlebih sihat :(. Sebenarnya kalau Nadia macam imbas ketika Nadia SPM hingga lah harini seorang gadis berumur 21 tahun, Nadia boleh katakan berat badan makin menaik. Paling mendadak adalah fasa selepas SPM. Nadia memang duduk rumah sahaja, Nadia tak keluar pergi mana mana dan rutin Nadia hanyalah makan dan tidur. Rasanya sebab lepas SPM kakak Nadia dah kahwin jadi no more pergi jogging ke. Takde dah weh! sebab semuanya macam dah takde kawan begitu lah nasib ku *stop cerita sedih*.

Jadi Nadia akan gunakan platform blog ni untuk update week by week perjalanan Nadia kuruskan badan (kurang berat badan). Doakan tau! Sebab naik sangat huhu :(

Nadia akan rahsiakan berat badan dulu kita tengok minggu depan turun tak ? eheks

Korang ada tips diet ? atau motivasi kepada Nadia ?

  2. go go Nadia!! Far takde tips nak share sebab Far rasa tips yg Far nak bagi ni mcm pelik....hahahah. Far ade tengok sekarang ni Intermittent Fasting punya cara tengah popular. Cuba Nadia give it a try hehe. Update tau you progress! Hihi kite pulak excited muehehehe

  3. Wahhhhh guluck nadia, allah yuftah alaik..! Saya ada sorang kwn yg mmg jenis into healthy lifestyle, dia punya tips paling selalu dia pesan ialah tukar mindset kpd 'nak amalkan gaya hidup sihat instead of diet'.. update selalu k, saya nk ikut jejak nadia nnti.. 😂

  4. I really hope for the best in your weight loss journey! I need to get back to exercising as well. It has been just a once a week basis sort of thing but seeing how much I've been snacking lately, ermm I need to get more active. O_o

    But for now, I think what would help is to cut off from sugary and salty foods and drinks. For some people, it helps a lot to speed up our weight loss. Do give it a try and share us your tips and updates later! hehe all the best!
